Employers are seeking people who can contribute, have a positive attitude, are enthusiastic, and have successfully performed similar job skills in the past. Keeping your resume in a positive vibe would be more appealing for the reader. At the same time, it would keep them away from detracting information.

To make the application process simpler and faster, many employers prefer receiving resumes via email. Visually, the document must be formal and decent. Many engineers are artists at heart.
