Folks are looking for jobs and employers are looking for staff, yet at the same time there are still far too many firms that need staff and do not really get it? Why? Is there essentially an issue with the people or is it that the salaries those companies offer are much too low?

Posting jobs in the newspaper and in the local mags is an inexpensive solution, yet the results will not be the amount of workers they are expecting to call them.
