Me Share You

One of my best friend's birthday; was around the corner and I still had no solid unique gift ideas. Clearly this is my average mindset for any holiday where we have to buy gifts. It seems I never know where to start or where to end for that matter. When it comes to some people buying gifts can be easier than for other and this friend in particular is extremely challenging. Never pleased with any gifts she gets from anyone I plan on dedicating myself; to finding the ultimate gift for her this year. I don't want to be the guy whose gift always is a miss anymore.

Like normal I started my search at the mall. Maybe one day I'll skip the mall altogether because of how wretched and horrible of a place it is but for now it's still on my list of placed to find gifts. Searching through the stores I soon came to the conclusion that the mall is a god awful place to find anything. There was nothing good there and what was; was overpriced at best.

I failed once again at the mall which came as no surprise and decided to try my luck at Target. Perhaps a good gift card was the answer a sought. Checking through the aisle for the right one I realized though that there is nothing unique about a gift card. One could even say it's the exact opposite of what it means to be unique. I think it's the worse idea I've had yet.

At last I chose to attempt my luck on the Internet. Once I was done browsing for a little while with still no luck my sister told me to check out I am a stuffed animal. As soon as I perused the site for a minute I knew that was the present I was looking for this whole time.

When my friend's birthday arrived and I finally had the chance to give her what I bought I could tell in her eyes she loved it completely. Now I know not to waste my time looking for birthday presents at the mall. Now I know precisely where I'll be doing my shopping from now on.
