As Good As It Gets
He was getting a Swedish massage on a regular basis but with his busy schedule, it was hard finding time to go. A lot depends on the chair that the massager is sitting in.
For the price, it can't be beat!
I was sore the next day.
I tried about 5 at a retail store that let you demo them, and this is the only one that actually applied pressure. I do like the heat feature.
Since the SBM-100 does not have a bottom seat cushion, it offers some leeway in positioning the unit against your back. I got this for Christmas last year. I have another massaging mat from the sharper image that is supposed to knead and vibrate, but that seems like a piece of junk compared to this one! It's relatively inexpensive but feels well-made. When set on "low back" setting, the balls still roll up high enough into my shoulder blades.
I bought it a couple of days later. If you don't (and I can't figure out why anybody wouldn't), don't waste your money. My family loves the one we have at home. It may be too strong for some.
The others just vibrated. When set on "low back" setting, the balls still roll up high enough into my shoulder blades. I have no complaints about the product or the price I paid for it. I'm an average height of 5' 10" and it only reaches between my shoulder blades.
My back, shoulder, neck have been suffering from pain for a long time.
At half the price of the SBM-200 it does an acceptable job; although it doesn't seem to have as long a track.
I went right out and bought one and after about 3 sessions, the knot was gone and my shoulder felt back to normal. The fact that my massage cushion lasted 8 years is unbelievable. I would recommend usage maybe once every other day to prevent from getting too tender or sore.
We were going to buy a combo comfy chair with massaging action, but I didn't want to spend hundreds and hundred of dollars for a good one. Also, if I scoot down far enough I can get it to massage my neck and the base of my skull.

About the Author:
The biggest obstacle that I have encountered so far is that the user can only manipulate which part of the back is massaged, not the intensity wooden patio furniture.
